Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pure Little Hearts Foundation is a non-profit organization working towards supporting children with congenital heart diseases.

Donations made on our website are voluntary contributions towards our charitable initiatives and are not associated with the purchase of any goods or services.

Refund Policy:

Donations once made are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error
• Unauthorized transactions

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

Cancellation Policy:

As donations are processed instantly, cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the transaction is completed.

Shipping / Delivery Policy:

Pure Little Hearts Foundation does not sell or ship any physical products.

All donations are processed digitally, and an acknowledgment receipt will be sent to the donor’s registered email address.
